We ship worldwide, and for free - who else can say that?  And we express ship for free in Australia.  Why?  If you're going to send us your old key to switch over the internals, we don't think you should have to pay twice.  But for a little extra we can express your order internationally, just select the option at checkout.

In Australia, once your key is dispatched it should arrive in 1-3 business days.  International free shipping is 8-10 days, and express is 4-6 days.  We ship with Australia Post, from Southbank 3006, so you can check the exact time estimate to your location at auspost.com.au

We are working to build our stock levels, but currently we can't dispatch on the next business day.  See up to date dispatch estimates on our product pages.  Bespoke keys can take up to 3 weeks to be cast, assembled and dispatched.

Items in their original and unused condition are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date, for full refund less the true shipping costs.  Bespoke items may only be partly refundable, based on the resalability of the parts.

If you've dropped or damaged your key, all is not lost.  Get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help, which might include providing replacement parts at the lowest possible cost.
